DEFAMATION: Gbeneyei drags Ogulagha monarch to court,demands 50bn.
A notable son of Ogulagha Kingdom,high Chief Lucky Akara Gbeneyei has dragged to court HRM,Elder King Joseph I Timiyan JP, Torububor 1,Ebenanawie of Ogulagha Kingdom, Chief William Igere acting chairman of ogulagha traditional council of Chiefs, chief Prefugha Korawei JP(The Public Relations Officer of the TC of chiefs) as well as Chief Emaye Benediwie(The Senior palace administrator) demanding 50 billion naira in damages for the defamation of character following a twin publication on the 9th and 20th of June 2021 on pages 12 and 16 of the vanguard newspaper where the monarch and the said chief allegedly described him as a liar and impostor over his chieftaincy title.
