NNPC WARRI DOPOT DISTRIBUTE 1.7 M LITRES OF FUEL-- DOMBRAYE

About 1.7million litters of petrol  has been lifted from the Warri depot by filling stations in Warri Effrun and environs.

Executive Assistant to governor ifeanyi Okowa on security matters Hon. Dombraye Riginald Moro who has been monitoring the distribution said products so far lifted from the Depot will go along way in cushuning effects of the fuel scarcity.
While reechoing  warning to  marketers against diverting or selling above price he equally Warned tank farm operators including Matrix to play according to the rules as government is keenly monitoring their activities.

According to latest data released by management of Warri Depot,Ughelli  axis received lion shear of products followed by Abraka, Asaba, Effurun, Warri ,Sapele koko amongst others.

Delta State Govt Announce Monthly Environmental Sanitation to hold Saturday

The Delta State Government has announced that the monthly environmental sanitation exercise for October will hold across the state on Saturday, October 25, 2025 , between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Information in Asaba, both vehicular and human movements will be restricted during the period of the exercise. Residents have been urged to clean their surroundings, cut overgrown weeds, desilt drains, and ensure proper waste disposal to prevent disease outbreaks. The statement reminded Deltans that it is their civic responsibility to keep at least a 20-metre radius around their premises clean. The Honourable Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Jamani Tommy Ejiro , will lead officials of the Ministry and other relevant agencies to monitor the exercise across the state to ensure full compliance.
