NIGERIANS MUST MAKE THE SACRIFICE FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE : Comrade Ogbeh

A Frontline All Progressives Congress  APC House  of Representatives aspirants  for Ughelli South, Ughelli north and Udu federal constituency seat,  comrade  Jolly Ogbeh hailed  the Planned  defection of  minority leader  in the  Senate  senator  Goodwill  Akpabio, describing  it as a step in the  right  direction.

Speaking on Sunday in Udu, Ogbeh asserted  that  despite  current  issues  in the  country,the president  Mohammadu  Buhari  led APC administration meant well for the  nation stressing  that  the government  has laid  a good  foundation that  will in  few years  benefits the country.

He equally  urged  other  politicians  still undecided  to join  the ruling  party.

"Akpabio  is taking the right  step, the  APC may not  be hundred percent  perfect but it is a party  that  has shown  determination to  change the negative  narrative  about  the country"
He added "I will  like  urge other  politicians still undecided or sitting  on the  fence to join  the ruling party"


ON Permanent Voter  Card PVC.

comrade  Ogbeh  urged Deltans  to ensure  they register for their permanent  voter  card  before the  August  17th deadline  set by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC.

He equally called on those  who have  registered  to go collect  their PVC. 

Ogbeh explained that  good governance  cannot  be enthroned when the citizenry sit around  and complain stressing,  that  eternal vigilance is the price citizens  must pay for good  governance.

"complaining  will never change anything, you have to  take  action to change the  situation"he quipped.
You must register  and get your  PVC  and then  tell yourself that  you will  go out and vote,I appeal to all Deltans to  ensure they register and get their PVC  ahead of the  election"

Delta State Govt Announce Monthly Environmental Sanitation to hold Saturday

The Delta State Government has announced that the monthly environmental sanitation exercise for October will hold across the state on Saturday, October 25, 2025 , between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Information in Asaba, both vehicular and human movements will be restricted during the period of the exercise. Residents have been urged to clean their surroundings, cut overgrown weeds, desilt drains, and ensure proper waste disposal to prevent disease outbreaks. The statement reminded Deltans that it is their civic responsibility to keep at least a 20-metre radius around their premises clean. The Honourable Commissioner for Environment, Mr. Jamani Tommy Ejiro , will lead officials of the Ministry and other relevant agencies to monitor the exercise across the state to ensure full compliance.
