Matthew Poko Oporu, Chief Jude Onovughe Igherebo and others labeling it a "shameful" and "unauthorized" attempt tospeak for the Okere Urhobo people on the proposed delineation report released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Speaking at a media briefing on Tuesday in Warri,Hon.   Residents of Ugborodo, a prominent community in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, staged a peaceful protest on Wednesday, April 10, voicing strong opposition to the recent ward delineation exercise carried out by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
